It’s a question that’s often asked during a job interview: Why should we hire you? It’s a perfectly reasonable question, and yet, it can feel impossible to answer. After all, the entire reason you’re doing the job interview is to answer that question. And if you try to answer the question without really thinking about what you’re going to say, you can easily sound off-putting.
